Getting the Product to you...
- Cut to your specifications (tenderloin; sirloin, striploin, t-bone, ribeye; roasts). If you prefer more steaks and less roasts, we adjust the order.
- Aged, cut, wrapped and frozen at a provincially inspected packing plant.
- Delivered to your door (with a minimum order of 1/2 beef)
- Priced at $3.00/lb for a half of beef (dressed weight between 250 - 300 lbs)
